BYD Seal 06 GT is a mid-size electric hatchback, which premiered in August 2024 at the Chengdu Auto Show. The new member of the Seal family is built on the e-Platform 3.0 Evo modular architecture. The hatchback was given a sporty, youthful appearance and a calm, minimalist interior. The cabin has separate screens for instruments (10.25 inches) and media systems (15.6 inches). They included a 12-inch diagonal projection onto the windshield, voice control and the DiPilot autopilot of the second level of autonomy. Thanks to the large wheelbase, the space in the rear seat of the hatchback is at the level of business class sedans. Three versions of the BYD Seal 06 GT are offered: the longest-range one runs up to 600 km without recharging, and the top-end all-wheel drive accelerates to the first “hundred” in 4.9 seconds.
