Nio ET9 is the new flagship model of the young Chinese startup NIO, presented at the end of 2023. The large electric sedan is built on a 900-volt architecture, allowing for ultra-fast charging in just 5 minutes. It has a fully controlled chassis, a full-fledged autopilot, a steering wheel that is not mechanically connected to the wheels, an active suspension and a twin-engine power plant with a return of 707 hp. And in terms of the level of luxury, the Chinese representative of the luxury segment is ready to compete with Bentley and Rolls-Royce. The main focus is on the main passenger in the rear. Therefore, the emphasis is shifted to the most comfortable and ultra-technological equipment of the rear row of seats. The active suspension is capable of raising or lowering the body by 50 mm in a second. The rear wheels are equipped with their own steering mechanism and can be turned in any direction at an angle of up to 8.3 degrees, the turning circle is 10.9 m. The new Nio ET9 will be released on the Chinese market in the first quarter of 2025.
