AC 2-Litre – overview
The AC 2-Litre is a sports car produced from 1947 to 1956. Initially successfully produced in a coupe body, the model also acquired a 4-door sedan body in 1953. The car was equipped with a two-liter 6-cylinder engine, which produced 74 and then 85 hp. The car received an aluminum body on a steel frame. As befits a sports model, the 2-Litre was fast for its time: it developed 128 km/h and accelerated to 100 km/h in 20 seconds, consuming only 12 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers.
