Aion V – overview
The Aion V is a compact electric crossover built on the modular GEP (GAC Electric Platform). The vehicle is based on the concept electric car Aion ENO.146, which was first showcased in 2019 at the Guangzhou Auto Show. Even among other equally exotic exhibits, it drew attention with its futuristic appearance and a record-breaking drag coefficient of 0.146 Cx. The production model went on sale in June 2020. The new Aion V charges quickly and has a long range - boasting an impressive 700 km, and it can be charged in just 5 minutes.
