Alfa Romeo 155 generations

The Alfa Romeo 155 is a mid-size sedan produced by Alfa Romeo (Italy) from 1992 to 1997. The car, which came to replace the Alfa Romeo 75, was built on the front-wheel drive front-engine platform of the Fiat Tipo. Therefore, the 155th series model was larger than the 75th, but retained stylistic continuity. The car was designed by I.DE.A Institute, led by Ercoli Spada. The sedan was distinguished by the exceptional aerodynamics, as the drag coefficient was only 0.29. Moreover, the new sedan was front-wheel drive (the Alfa Romeo 75 was rear-wheel drive). This had a positive effect on the price and equipment of the car, but fans of the brand did not like it. Sports image was more important. Therefore, the Alfa Romeo 155 was not received well.
