The Alfa Romeo 166 is a business class sedan produced by Alfa Romeo (Italy) from 1998 to 2007. The car was designed by Walter De Silva, head of Alfa Romeo's Centro Stile. The resulting model could boast of the lowered headlights and a sharp nose, as well as a wide range of dynamic engines, rich interior equipment, and excellent driving characteristics. But despite all this, the Alfa Romeo 166 never became as popular as similar models of German brands. Interestingly, the car's platform was sold to GAC Group (China).
