Alfa Romeo 6C - catalog and technical specifications
The Alfa Romeo 6C is a series of 6-cylinder racing sports cars produced by Alfa Romeo from 1925 to 1954. Car bodies were designed and assembled by well-known studios of the time: James Young, Zagato, Touring, Castagna and Pininfarina. The lightweight and high-performance cars, built on the basis of the P2 racing model, featured a 1.5-liter 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 44 hp. Moreover, the Alfa Romeo 6C became the company's first car with a dual camshaft. The sporty version of the 6C won many races, including the 1928 Mille Miglia. And the famous racer Enzo Ferrari, who later founded his own company, drove the 6C 1750 Gran Sport model during the racing competitions.
