Alpine GTA in Israel

The Alpine GTA is a rear-engined sports coupe produced from 1985 to 1990. The first car produced by Alpine under Renault. Therefore, in most markets, the car was sold as Renault Alpine V6 GT or V6 Turbo, or simply Renault GTA. The preceding model, the A610, gave the new model the V6 PRV engine, as well as a body structure with extensive use of polyester plastics and fiberglass. The French car turned out to be lighter and faster than such competitors as the Porsche 944. The interior was larger, which made the rear seats more comfortable, and the equipment became richer.
