Buick Electra E5 generations

Buick Electra E5 is the first-ever electric Buick for China in its history. This mid-size 5-seater crossover, equipped with a 245 horsepower electric motor, is jointly created by the Chinese conglomerate SAIC and American GM. In the future, under the "Electra" name, sedans and minivans will be produced in addition to crossovers. The foundation for the new family will be the Ultium modular electric platform, developed at the Pan-Asian Technical Automotive Center (PATAC), which is jointly owned by GM and SAIC. The electric crossover will go on sale in the first half of 2023.
