Chevrolet Special DeLuxe - catalog and technical specifications

The Chevrolet Special Deluxe is a luxury version of GM's classic American oldtimer Deluxe, produced from 1941 to 1948. Compared to the base version, the Special Deluxe featured a redesigned radiator grille, new suspension, more elegant body lines, different headlights, and a significantly higher quality interior. Of special note was the Special Deluxe sedan’s ability to accommodate six passengers.
