Chrysler 180 - catalog and technical specifications
The Chrysler 180 is a mid-size business class sedan, the first "joint" European project of Chrysler, produced from 1970 to 1976. The model was developed in collaboration between Rootes Group and Simca and was produced in France, and later at the Barreiros factory in Spain. It was even sold under the slogan "Americans from Paris". The rear-wheel drive car had several engine options, the volumes of which varied from 1.6 liters to 2 liters. The Chrysler 180 was not widely popular. Mixed assembly, exotic brands, and similarity to other cars did not meet the expectations of buyers.
