Chrysler Aspen generations

Debuted in 2006, the Chrysler Aspen full-size SUV became the first vehicle of this class in Chrysler’s history. The SUV is based on the 2003 Dodge Durango. In 2008, the manufacturer released a hybrid version with a 5.7-liter engine with 345 hp paired with an electric motor. In 2008, production of the Chrysler Aspen was discontinued due to the difficult financial situation of the company.
