Ford Contour generations

The Ford Contour is the name under which the first and second generations of the Ford Mondeo were called in the North American market. The American Contour was distinguished by its well-equipped entryl-level version and a wide range of options, but it was not very successful. The car was produced as a 4-door sedan and 5-door hatchback. It was equipped with a 2.5-liter V6 engine and front or all-wheel drive. Almost all parts were interchangeable with the European Mondeo.
