Hongqi L5 in Israel

Hongqi L5 - a full-sized luxury sedan, the civilian version of China's official government car, became available for public purchase at the end of 2017. The vehicle is built on the platform of the Toyota Crown Majesta, an elite car for Japan's domestic market. The Chinese executive sedan offers many surprises, but the most striking aspect is its price: the new Hongqi L5 is offered at a cost of 6 million yuan (almost $900,000). Interestingly, there are buyers, but each potential owner undergoes rigorous scrutiny to determine whether they are worthy of the most expensive "Chinese" car.
