Horch 853 - catalog and technical specifications
The Horch 853 is a sports car produced from 1935 to 1939. The car was characterized by exceptional beauty typical of the models produced in the 1930s with the longest narrow hood and pretentious wheel arches, and the rear fenders were closed. The 853 looked incredibly cinematic and served as a model for the creation of a number of modern retro-futuristic roadsters. The car was equipped with an in-line 8-cylinder engine with 120 hp, but despite its purpose, it didn’t have any sporting achievements.
