Isuzu Ascender generations
The Isuzu Ascender is a mid-sized SUV produced by General Motors for Isuzu. There were 7-seater versions produced since 2002 as a replacement for the Isuzu Trooper and 5-seater versions produced since 2003 as a replacement for the Isuzu Rodeo and Isuzu Axiom. The vehicle had a bulky body with large "features" and multi-liter gasoline engines. The SUV was discontinued in June 2008 due to Isuzu's withdrawal from the US market.
