Kia Elan – overview
The Kia Elan is a sports car produced from 1996 to 1999 in South Korea. This sports roadster is the first such car in Kia’s model range. The model was designed by Lotus Cars (UK). When Lotus stopped producing its Kia Elan models, Kia bought a license to manufacture them. The Korean car differed from its British relative, in particular, by a 1.8-liter 16-valve engine.
