Kia Retona – overview
The Kia Retona is an SUV produced by Kia Motors from 1998 to 2003. The SUV was a civilian version of South Korean military vehicles. It was based on the chassis of the first generation Kia Sportage that had a frame and was a real off-road vehicle. The compact Retona had a short, 4-meter, 3-door body and two 2-liter gasoline or diesel engines.
