Mercedes W100 – overview
The Mercedes-Benz W100 or Mercedes-Benz 600 is one of the most prestigious limousines of the 20th century. It was produced by Mercedes-Benz (Germany) from 1963 to 1981. A total of 2,677 units were produced. It was assembled exclusively by hand. The sedan had several body options: short and long wheelbase, Pullman limousine and landau. The interior could be standard or divided, in which the front seats were separated from the rear by a sliding glass partition. The Mercedes-Benz W100 has become a symbol of the highest luxury and prestige of its era. Most of its owners are celebrities. The limousine is still in demand. And being a rare model, it has a great collectible value.
