The MG ZR is a version of the Rover 25 subcompact car produced under the MG brand by MG Rover from 2001 to 2005. The entry-level Rover 25 has become obsolete both morally and technically by 2001. Therefore, the engineers had to apply all their skills to turn the new ZR into a truly interesting car. The result was a dynamic compact yet roomy car that looked funny.
