The Porsche 356 is the very first car of the famous German automaker Porsche. It was released in 1948. The rear-wheel drive rear-engine sports roadster was produced in two configurations, with a hard or retractable top. The model was distinguished by a two-section windshield divided by a central bar. The car received an aluminum body and was equipped with a 1.1-liter horizontal 4-cylinder air-cooled engine manufactured by Volkswagen with a capacity of 35 hp. The Porsche 356 continued to be produced until 1965, contributing to the success in motorsport and the growth of the brand's popularity.
