Porsche 911 GT2 – overview

The Porsche 911 GT2 is a high-performance racing sports car produced by Porsche as the GT2 from 1993 to 2009 and as the GT2 RS since 2010. Based on the 911 Turbo and powered by an upgraded twin turbocharged engine, it received a vast number of upgrades, including larger brakes and stiffer suspension calibration. In addition, the GT2 is significantly lighter than the Turbo version due to the use of a rear-wheel drive system instead of an all-wheel drive system and the reduction or removal of internal components. And it is also the most expensive and fastest 911 model of its time.
