Toyota Alphard generations

The Toyota Alphard is a luxury 5-door minivan produced by the Japanese automaker Toyota since 2002. There are 7 or 8-seater versions equipped with gasoline engines. The conventional and hybrid versions were equipped with 2.5-liter four-cylinder engines and a 3.5-liter V6 engine. The engine is complemented by a Sequential Shiftmatic CVT with six fixed gears and an electric motor on the rear axle, the E-Four all-wheel drive system. Average fuel consumption is 5.2 liters per 100 km. The pure gasoline version is also equipped with a CVT, consuming about 7.9 liters. The most expensive option features a 3.5-liter V6 engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission, consuming 10.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
