Toyota Etios – overview
The Toyota Etios is a subcompact car, offered as a sedan or 5-door hatchback for India, Brazil, Indonesia, South Africa and Argentina. The sedan was released in December 2010, the hatchback in June 2011. In 2014, the manufacturer introduced the Toyota Etios Cross. The car is equipped with engines with a volume ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 liters, manual or automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The model is loved: it is so popular among Indian young people that it even participated in races. Thus, Toyota Gazoo Racing sports division built the Etios R5 rally modification in 2016.
