Toyota Hilux Surf in Israel

The Toyota Hilux Surf is a body-on-frame SUV for the Japanese market, which debuted in 1984 as a variant of the Toyota Hilux 3-door pickup. The vehicle turned out to be compact, equipped with a 2-liter gasoline engine or a 2.4-liter diesel engine. Starting from the second generation, the vehicle received a full-fledged 5-door body. Over time, it became larger and more beautiful, and the engines grew: up to 4-liter in the 4th generation. In 2009, the model ceased to be produced in Japan, but the counterpart of the Surf called 4Runner is still sold in the USA, Canada and some Latin American countries.
