Toyota Mark X - catalog and technical specifications
The Toyota Mark X is a business class sedan, the tenth generation of the Toyota Mark II. The name reflects the tenth anniversary. However, the Latin numeral "ten" can also be interpreted as "X", a mysterious symbol of the unknown. The car was really full of surprises. Thus, it was the first model to come standard with a 6-cylinder V-engine instead of an in-line one. The exterior design also looked revolutionary, not evolutionary. Built on the platform of the Toyota Crown, the car was equipped with the same engines with a volume of 2.5 or 3 liters. The model featured a double-lever independent suspension at the front and a multi-link suspension at the rear. The model had two generations, produced from 2004 to 2019.
