Toyota Sai – overview
The Toyota Sai is a hybrid sedan, a "big brother" of the Prius with smooth lines that make it look like a one-box car. It was an analogue of the Lexus HS. The sedan was produced from 2009 to 2017. The hybrid system was called THS-II and included a 2.4-liter gasoline engine and an electric motor. The Toyota Sai is 85% recyclable, the interior is 60% made from plant-based ecoplastics. Fuel consumption is surprisingly low: only 4-4.5 liters per 100 km.
