The Vauxhall Tigra is a family of cars represented by small and somewhat sporty coupes in the first generation (from 1994 to 2001) and subcompact 2-seater TwinTop convertibles with retractable hardtop in the second generation (from 2004 to 2009). The mini-sports car was built on the basis of the third generation Opel Corsa model. It was distinguished by impressive luxury design. The car came standard with a 1.4-liter engine with 90 hp, while the top-end versions featureda 1.8-liter Ecotec engine with 125 hp. In 2005, the manufacturer introduced a fuel-efficient version with a 1.3-liter Fiat Multijet diesel engine.
