Vauxhall VXR8 - catalog and technical specifications
The Vauxhall VXR8 is a high performance sports car sold by Vauxhall in the United Kingdom from 2007 to 2017. This is probably the only Vauxhall that has not become an analogue of some Opel model. It was actually a modification of the Holden Commodore HSV (Australia), which was supplied to the UK. The model was initially equipped with a 6-liter V8 engine with 411 hp, and later it acquired a 6.2-liter unit with an output of 425 liters. The engine was paired with a rear-wheel drive 6-speed automatic transmission. The final GTS-R version received a 6.2-liter V8 compressor engine that developed 595 hp. The car accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds. The VXR8 GTS-R is the brand's most powerful car. The model was discontinued due to the closure of the Holden factories.
