The Volkswagen Parati, better known as the Gol, is a subcompact car produced by the Brazilian division, Volkswagen do Brasil, from 1980 to 2012. The 5-door hatchback was offered as the entry-level model in the Latin American market. It was equipped with a 65 liter gasoline engine. The functional and reliable Parati has become one of the most popular cars in its class in many countries.
