The diesel particulate filter must be replaced when it is “clogged”. If washing does not help, the filter is replaced with a new one. Depending on the model, the filter is changed in different ways, but, as a rule, it is required to remove the engine casing, the microfilter housing, the unit protection panel, and the filter mounts. The installation of the filter is carried out in the reverse order.
