Robot gearbox repair
It may be time to think about repairing a robotic gearbox if you notice the following symptoms: activation of the corresponding indicator on the dashboard; detection of the oil leakage from the gearbox; appearance of extraneous noise while driving; it is difficult or impossible to shift gears. Repair of a robotic gearbox may be required due to its mechanical damage or breakage of the gear shift fork. Electric gear shift levers, sensors and the electronic control unit may also fail. Almost all damage to this gearbox requires professional knowledge and skills. But in general, the procedure is as follows: dismantling the gearbox and complete disassembly, diagnostics and replacement of sensors, installing a new drive, replacing the clutch, dismantling and installing a new release bearing.
