Fuel system
Fuel system or engine feed system is designed to supply fuel from the tank, filter, form a combustible mixture and supply it to the cylinders. In passenger cars equipped with an internal combustion engine (ICE), the feed system is one of the key ones, as its malfunctions can cause the low performance of the engine or its complete failure. It is required to repair the faulty fuel system as soon as possible. The major problems of the fuel system are: depressurization of the system, break of tightness of connections, disruption of fuel supply to the engine, as well as fuel pressure positive or negative deviation. As a rule, a malfunction of the fuel system is indicated by the following signs: engine starting problems, unstable idling, a significant drop in engine power, increased noise during the engine operation, uneven operation of the crankshaft, etc.
