Steering in Binyamina-Givat Ada

The car steering system consists of a steering gear, a drive and a steering wheel with a shaft. If it takes a lot of effort to turn the steering wheel, especially when you need to turn quickly or when you try to turn in both directions, then the system is faulty and possible malfunctions should be diagnosed. The most common causes of steering system breakdowns include deformation of the steering drive parts, incorrect adjustment of the front wheel angles, low tire pressure in the front wheels, lack of oil in the steering housing, damage to parts of the ball joints, bearing of the upper support strut, damage to parts of the telescopic suspension strut, as well as overstressing of the adjusting nut of the pendulum arm axis (for worm-type mechanisms), defect of the gap in the engagement of the roller worm gear. In general, the steering mechanism is quite reliable, but requires attention and regular inspection of the components at the time of wear or potential damage.
