User’s Right to Cancel a Transaction
1. General Conditions for Cancellation
The user has the right to cancel a service purchase transaction on the website within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receiving the disclosure document in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (“Consumer Protection Law”), whichever occurs later.
Cancellation is permitted provided that it is not made later than 2 non-rest days before the date of receiving the service.
In case of cancellation, the company will refund the amount paid and may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ₪ — whichever is lower.
2. Preferential User Categories
Notwithstanding the above, if the user is:
- a person with disabilities,
- a senior citizen,
- or a new immigrant,
as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, the user is entitled to cancel the transaction for any reason within four (4) months from the date of the transaction or from the date of receiving the disclosure document — whichever occurs later.
This right applies only if the transaction was concluded through a conversation between the user and the company (including communication via electronic means), and cancellation is not made later than 2 non-rest days before receiving the service.
In such case, the company may request documentation confirming the user’s status.
3. Cancellation Notice Procedure
A cancellation notice must be sent by the user to the company via email: info@autoboom.co.il
The notice must include:
- full name of the user,
- identification number,
- phone number used for registration and payment,
- and proof of payment.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued only to the same payment method used for the purchase and according to the processing timelines of the payment system or card issuer.
