Delek Motors is an importer and distributor of Mazda, Ford, Lincoln, BMW and MINI cars, as well as BMW MOTORRAD motorcycles in Israel. The company operates showrooms in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Ra'anana, cooperates with a wide dealer network of agencies covering the entire territory of Israel and has more than 50 service centers throughout the country. Delek Motors' central office is located at the premises of an innovative complex where all divisions of the company are located: management headquarters, service center, technical training center, central garage, parts distribution center and car supply center. This complex covers an area of about 100,000 square meters and is located near Ben Gurion Airport. The company’s policy is primarily focused on the customer satisfaction. This priority is reflected in the standards established by the international certificate ISO 9001: 2000. In addition, Delek Motors operates in accordance with a code of ethics, which is followed by all employees and managers of the company.
