Adler 2.5-litre generations

The Adler 2.5-litre is an E-segment sedan or convertible, famous for its streamlined body, designed by Karl Jenschke, former technical director of Steyr-Daimler-Puch. The release of the car coincided with the first boom in the construction of highways in Germany, so the people nicknamed the car "Adler Autobahn". It was equipped with a 2.5-liter in-line 6-cylinder water-cooled engine, transferring the torque to the rear wheels through a 4-speed manual gearbox with synchronizers.
