Brabham, commonly known as Motor Racing Developments Limited, is a British car manufacturer and Formula One World Championship racing team. Founded in 1960 by two Australians: racing driver Jack Brabham and designer Ron Tauranaq. In the 1960s and 1970s, it was the world's largest manufacturer of open-wheel racing cars for sale to client teams. Brabham cars have won Formula 1, 2 and 3 championships more than once. Refueling during the race, carbon brakes and hydropneumatic suspension were pioneered by this company.
