Chevrolet Volt – overview
The Chevrolet Volt is one of the brave pioneers of the green car era. It is a plug-in hybrid produced by General Motors from 2010 to 2019. The Volt was created as GM's answer to the Toyota Prius praised by the American media and a reaction to the chatter about some unknown Tesla that came to the automotive market just a couple of years ago. GM decided to prove that they were no less innovative and eco-friendly. Overalle, they succeeded, the Volt was a high-quality and progressive hybrid car and left the market only due to the technological progress that allowed creating eco-cars of a completely new level.
