Chrysler 300M generations

Produced from 1998 to 2004, the Chrysler 300M was actually supposed to revive the legendary "Letter" series in the 1950-1960s. A large luxury sedan based on the LH platform was equipped with a V6 engine producing 255 hp. The choice of name was criticized by many because, unlike the original 300 series, the 300M was front-wheel drive rather than rear-wheel drive, and the engine produced less than 300 hp. The car was not positioned as "the best in the world, despite the price". At the same time, the Chrysler 300M was recognized as the best "Car of the Year" by Motor Trend and Car and Driver magazines.
