De Tomaso car models in Israel

The Italian automaker De Tomaso founded by the famous Argentine racer Alejandro De Tomaso in 1959 initially manufactured F1 and F2 racing cars. It was only later that it started manufacturing its own sports cars that competed with Ferrari's sports cars. The original and powerful models De Tomaso Mongoose and Panther will forever be remembered by fans of true racing cars. After the merger with Maserati in 1972, original De Tomaso cars were virtually discontinued. However, the manufacturing of individual models continued until 2005.
