Jensen S-V8 - catalog and technical specifications
The Jensen S-V8 is a two-seater convertible introduced in 1998. It was the first and only model released independently while trying to revive the Jensen brand. The car had rear-wheel drive, was equipped with a 4.6-liter V8 engine from the Mustang, which developed 325 hp. Small-scale production of the S-V8 started only in 2001. Due to financial and technical problems, only 20 cars were made, costing about 40 thousand pounds each, until 2002. Then all the property of the company was transferred to the new owners, who assembled 12 more cars using the remaining components.
