Jalpa

Lamborghini Jalpa generations

The Lamborghini Jalpa is a sports car produced from 1981 to 1988. For many years it was considered the last Lamborghini to use a V8 engine (until the introduction of the Lamborghini Urus SUV). The car was offered in targa and spider bodies and had a mid-engine rear-wheel drive layout. The 3.5-liter engine developed 255 hp and accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 6 seconds, while the maximum speed reached 249 km/h. The Jalpa is recognized as a successful model with 410 units sold and was replaced by the Lamborghini Gallardo in 2003.
