Mercedes CLK AMG – overview

The Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class AMG is a high-performance version of the CLK sports coupes and convertibles, refined by the AMG division. It was produced from 1999 to 2010. The car is built on a chassis, which is standard for the entire CLK Class with some modifications: other springs, valves and bushings. It is equipped with powerful engines, reconfigured gearboxes, and modified suspension. No wonder the CLK-Class AMG was used as a Formula One safety car.
