Mercedes EQS – overview
The Mercedes-Benz EQS is the new luxury flagship of Mercedes-Benz. Sales of an electric car with a maximum driving range of 770 km started in the fall of 2021. The entry-level model is rear-wheel drive, whereas the top-end version is all-wheel drive. The Mercedes-Benz EQS has turned out to be slightly narrower and taller than the new S-Class sedan, and its length is close to the dimensions of the new generation S-Class with a longer wheelbase. The company claims that the EQS is the most aerodynamically tuned production car in the history of the company, with a drag coefficient of 0.20. It comes with a huge 56-inch screen across the entire width of the front panel, combining three displays: a 12.3-inch virtual instrument panel, a 17-inch multimedia touch screen and a 12.3-inch touchscreen for the front passenger.
