Mercedes W114 - catalog and technical specifications
The Mercedes-Benz W114 is the first production series of business class cars produced by Mercedes-Benz (Germany) from 1968 to 1977. The series was represented by sedans and coupes. The cars were equipped with 6-cylinder engines and were sold under the commercial names 230, 250 and 280. The design developed by Paul Bracq demonstrated the German company's ideas about the way a new generation car should look: more compact, with a monocoque body and an ergonomic seat layout. The car looked simple and elegant. The Mercedes W114 was distinguished by its classic elegant exterior and a high level of comfort and safety for its time.
