Morgan 4-4 – overview
The Morgan 4/4 is an important model for the British manufacturer, its first four-wheel car. Hence the first number "4" in the name, whereas the second number symbolizes the four cylinders in the engine. The car has been produced since 1936 to the present, apart from some production pauses during the Second World War and in the 1950s. Engine displacement varied from 1,122 cc in 1936 to a 1.8-liter Ford engine in 2004. It was reduced to 1.6 liters from 2009 to 2018.
