Osca 2500 GT - catalog and technical specifications
The Osca 2500 GT Dromos is a sports coupe produced by the Italian automaker Officine Specializzate Costruzione Automobili (OSCA) from 1999 to 2001. The sports car was a result of collaboration between Luca Zagato (Z Cars), Japanese entrepreneur Shozo Fujita and designer Ercole Spada. The car was designed by the body design company Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera owned by Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni. The 2500 GT comprised a light but strong tubular steel frame, featuring a MacPherson strut front suspension, rear trailing arms and lower triangles. Two anti-roll bars were placed on two axles. The car featured a Subaru engine with 187 hp. The Dromos looked similar to the supercars of the 1950s and 1960s with the characteristic "flying saucer" shape, a very low body, a "tail", and a large glazed surface.
