Qvale car models in Israel

The American car brand Qvale founded in 2000 is famous for its only model, Qvale Mangusta. The car is made in the same style as the legendary models of Italian De Tomaso dating back to the 1970s. Its platform was developed by MG (UK) with the famous Italian automobile designer Marcello Gandini being responsible for the design. It featured Ford’s engine and its gearbox was designed by Giorgio Gazarini who used to work with the Ferrari and Williams Formula 1 teams. Only 272 units of Qvale Mangusta were released over 2 years but orders were placed 10 years ahead. However, in 2003, the founder of Qvale sold his title to the Mangusta model to British MG.
