Subaru 360 generations

The Subaru 360 is a tiny, just 3 meter long car with a 356cc air-cooled two-stroke inline-twin engine mounted transversely at the rear and rear-wheel drive. The popular car was intended for the automobilization of the population of post-war Japan. It was produced from 1958 to 1971. The volume of the engine was limited in accordance with the standards applicable at that time for the kei cars. The car was equipped with two rearward-opening doors and a fiberglass roof. There was also a convertible version.
